These Terms of Service govern your use of the ALITA managed AI assistant platform. Please read them carefully before using our service.
By accessing or using the ALITA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
ALITA is a managed AI assistant platform that provides users with a dedicated, isolated computing environment powered by AI models. The service includes an AI assistant capable of email management, calendar scheduling, web research, browser automation, file management, code development, and integrations with third-party services. ALITA is built on the OpenClaw agent framework.
To use ALITA, you must create an account through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
ALITA offers a Solo plan at $149 per month and custom Enterprise pricing. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period.
You agree not to use ALITA for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes but is not limited to: sending spam, distributing malware, attempting to access other users' containers, mining cryptocurrency, hosting illegal content, or using the service to harass or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You retain all rights to your data, files, and content stored within your ALITA container. ALITA and its logos, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of ALITA and its licensors. The AI-generated content produced by your assistant is yours to use as you see fit, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
ALITA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for actions taken by AI assistants that result in unintended consequences.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and your container will be scheduled for deletion. You may export your data before termination. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
